OUR STORY
Brent and I have always loved the adventure lifestyle but it was during our honeymoon that the dream of living an alternative lifestyle and travelling fulltime was truly ignited.
After the birth of our two daughters, it became clear to us that working the hours we did, for the salary we earned was never going to allow us to achieve this dream. Even worse than this, it was robbing us of precious time with our two favourite people in the whole world- our girls!
Something had to change and so, the Intrepid Lifestyle Project was born!

WHAT DOES AN INTREPID LIFESTYLE MEAN TO US?
For us an intrepid lifestyle means living life on our terms with a resolute fearlessness and having the fortitude and endurance to make that dream lifestyle a reality.
It also means creating a legacy.
A legacy of change, a financial legacy for our children and a social legacy by inspiring a generation of parents to say no to sacrificing precious time with their children.
BRENT
Brent’s passion for adventure and travel was instilled in him from an early age through the many family camping trips he enjoyed growing up.
After becoming a husband and father he dreamt of creating the same memories with his own family. However, he quickly realised that the old way of doing things just wasn’t working.
As a mechanic by trade and fuel truck driver, Brent found that his only option to provide for his family was to continually sacrifice his time as a father and husband for money. For Brent it just didn’t sit right that, as a father and husband, he should have to miss out on every precious moment with his growing family just to make enough money to survive.
His interest in the possibilities offered by the online space were fuelled by this desire to never miss a precious moment with his two daughters, so when Crystal presented the opportunity to build a personal brand online and generate an income- he jumped at it!
Now he is passionate about showing other fathers how they can be there for all the precious moment’s life has to offer without sacrificing their financial stability or limiting the lifestyle they desire.
And, the best part is, he can create this lifestyle for his family by doing what he loves most: fishing, boating, camping, travelling, working on vehicles, watching his daughters grow and spending quality time with his wife!

CRYSTAL
After building a successful career in education, Crystal was overjoyed to start the next chapter of her life as a mother. Knowing that she wasn’t ready to completely step away from the professional arena, Crystal returned to her career in education. However, she found that her priorities had shifted and she no longer felt the same sense of fulfilment from her teaching career.
After the birth of her second daughter she knew deep down that teaching was no longer for her, but like so many other women, felt a keen sense of loss at the idea of fulltime motherhood. This desire to retain her sense of purpose and passion led her to step out of her comfort zone and create a business and an income online, all while showing up for her two amazing girls!
Diving headfirst into the online space reignited Crystal’s passion for connection, growth, creativity and contribution and has broadened her skill set in a way that now allows her to show other women how they too can reconnect and reignite their purpose and passion to build fully aligned businesses in the online space and create their own intrepid lifestyles.
EVIE
Evie was the catalyst that started it all for Brent and Crystal.
It was their greatest joy to start their own little family and when Evie came into the world she really highlighted just how important it is to make the most of your time together as a family.
Evie is kind, caring, curious and full of joy. She absolutely loves to soak up new knowledge, language and experiences. She takes it all in, doesn't miss a thing and cannot wait to be living in her very own caravan!
ISLA
Isla was the last piece of the puzzle that completed the Stanton family.
Where Evie is careful and gentle, Isla is rough and tumble! She is always on the go, adventurous, wild and inquisitive. If there is something to investigate or climb, she is there!
Isla is also full of cheek, has no fear and is definitely going to give mum and dad a few grey hairs on the road! She is a bright ray of sunshine and keeps us all on our toes.
